The customer has the option to choose and order the products of the store. The customer can click on the selected product for a more detailed overview. If you want to buy, you place the product into a virtual basket by pressing the "cart" button. By clicking on the cart icon you will find the products and the amount that you put into the shopping cart. Here you can check the correctness of your order, especially with regard to prices and quantities that can be modified and improved as required. The cart automatically calculates the total amount of the order without shipping costs.
If you consider the amount of products in your cart to be appropriate, you have checked the total amount of it and decided to buy them, then simply click the "pay" button. In our store you have the opportunity to buy without registration, so you can choose from three options:
• want to enter as a registered customer
• want to register as a new buyer
• want to buy without registration
If you have previously purchased in our store, enter the email address and password you provided during the previous registration. If you want to register as a new buyer, enter the details of your purchase that the system stores and only need to sign in for the next purchase. For unregistered purchases, enter your billing and shipping address.
In the next step, select the shipping method that suits you:
• home delivery (GLS courier service)
• Delivery to GLS Pack Point
You then need to choose a payment method that suits you:
• payment by cash on delivery - cash payment for home delivery, upon receipt of the shipment to the GLS courier service
• payment at a GLS package point of your choice, cash on delivery at the pick-up point, can be paid in cash or by credit card. You need to know in advance about the possibility of paying by credit card at the given point of receipt
• payment by prepayment (to the account number specified on the webpage)
• payment at a GLS package point of your choice, prepaid - You can pick up the unopened, undamaged package received at the pick-up point
If you agree with the content of the order, click on the "place order" button to send the order.
Our prices are the list prices valid at the time of order, which can be found in the webshop next to the products. The prices are gross prices, they include VAT, but these prices do not include the shipping cost or the cost of the after-sales service. Shipping costs and cash on delivery are included in the checkout process before the order is finalized and in the purchase terms. With Gls courier service, Gls parcel delivery, advance payment this amount is 1590Ft, in case of cash on delivery is 1990Ft. If any errors or omissions occur in the webshop for products or prices, we reserve the right to make a correction. In such a case, we will immediately inform the buyer of the new data after recognizing or modifying the error. The buyer can then confirm the order once more, or it is possible for any party to withdraw from the contract.
The orders will be processed within two business days.
Possibility to correct data entry errors
You can correct data entry errors before pressing the "place order" button.
We will send you email feedback for each order. This means that after the order has been sent, you will receive an automatic e-mail on receipt of the order and (later) one of the expected delivery times. In case of telephone consultation, call customer service or any of the telephone numbers in the email.
In our store you can pay by cash on delivery. In this case, the total purchase price, including shipping costs and cash on delivery, must be paid in cash upon receipt of the shipment to the consignor.
Delivery and shipment of shipment is done by GLS courier service. You can arrange the delivery date by phone number on the confirmation email.
Our shipping charges are uniform across the country. With Gls courier service, Gls parcel delivery, advance payment this amount is 1590Ft, In case of cash on delivery it is 1990Ft. We do not currently ship outside Hungary.
Cancellation from delivery
If the webshop does not fulfill its contractual obligation because the goods specified in the contract are not available and the ordered service is not able to provide it, the customer must be informed. The webshop does not sign a contract with minors. The customer declares that he is of legal age by accepting the terms of trade.
Return the product
We only return the product in its original condition and packaging, in full quantity and quality.
Information on the terms of the contract
The language of the contract is Hungarian, it is / is not considered to be concluded in the signed contract. The contract entered into is filed / not filed;
Right of Withdrawal / Return Warranty
The customer may withdraw from the contract within three working days without giving any reason. The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal from the day the goods were taken over. The seller is obliged to refund the amount paid by the customer immediately, but no later than thirty days after the withdrawal.
The buyer may not exercise his right of withdrawal if he/she has made a mistake in the ordered product, washed or wore it.
The customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. In addition, the customer is not charged any other costs. However, the seller may claim compensation for any damage resulting from the misuse of the goods. If the goods returned under the right of withdrawal are not in good condition, can be resold, the customer is liable for damages caused by deliberate or negligent deterioration of the condition of the goods or other inability to return.
If the product is revealed in the presence of the person delivering the goods (postal delivery service provider, courier) at the time of opening, we will ensure that the product is returned before the receipt of the goods, the return of the product and the cancellation of the sale. Any kind of injury or lack of content in the delivery of the consignment must be recorded in the factual record of the transferring receiver! We cannot take any responsibility for the lack of post-content or injury!

The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until the purchase price is paid in full. In the case of false, unacceptable orders, the product is purchased in the name of the "new" owner, and the new owner will be paid for the new one after a successful sale.
Change or cancel order
The 2001 cviii. according to the act, the seller's webshop software will immediately notify the buyer of the fact that the order was taken. This notice does not constitute a contract between the seller and the buyer, merely informing the buyer that our order request has been registered by our system and forwarded to the sales representative.
If the buyer does not receive it within two business days, the buyer's bidding obligations will be abrogated.
The seller will give you the option to cancel the order electronically until the order is placed. When the order is placed, the customer will be notified by email and / or phone about the expected duration of the order and the fact that the delivery has started, then can only be canceled personally or via one of the contact details under "contact details"
Post-order modifications can only be made in writing by e-mail.
