Purchasing Information
- Product Selection and Ordering
Customers can choose and order from the products in the store. By clicking on a selected product, you can view its detailed description. To purchase, place the product into a virtual cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
By clicking the Cart icon, you can check your items, quantity, and total price at any time. You can modify quantities or delete items here.
- Submitting the Order
If you find the products in the cart satisfactory, click the "Checkout" or "Order" button. Shopping without registration is available.
Steps of ordering:
- Enter your billing/shipping address and contact details.
- Choose shipping method (GLS Home Delivery or GLS Parcel Point).
- Select payment method (Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer).
- Review summary and click "Place Order".
- Prices and Shipping Fees
Our prices are gross prices. Due to the Service Provider's Tax-Exempt (AAM) status, prices do not contain VAT (0% VAT). The shipping fee is a flat rate of 2990 HUF.
- Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer: 11600006-00000002-04285441 (Erste Bank). Beneficiary: Diószegi Ákos Ferenc E.V.
- Cash on Delivery: Pay the total to the courier or at the parcel point upon receipt (cash or card).
- Delivery Deadline
Expected delivery time is 1-3 business days from confirmation. GLS sends a notification on the day of delivery.
- Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Consumers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. You must return the product to our address (4033 Debrecen, Sámsoni út 79., Hungary) at your own expense. We can only accept products back in their original, unused condition with tags attached.
