General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. General
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter "You" or the "Consumer") to Diószegi Ákos Ferenc Sole Proprietor (Tax Number: 91562759-1-29, hereinafter: "Quattro Hunting", "we", or "Service Provider"), received via the Quattro Hunting website, mobile website, or by telephone (collectively referred to as "quattrohunting.hu").
By using quattrohunting.hu and/or placing an order, you accept the terms of use contained herein ("Terms"). Please read the Terms before placing an order.
Orders may only be placed by natural persons over the age of 18 with full legal capacity and a registered residential address in Hungary.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product at any time and to modify these Terms without prior notice. The Terms applicable to your order will be those appearing on quattrohunting.hu at the time the order is submitted.
2. Prices and Delivery Costs
The prices displayed on quattrohunting.hu are gross prices which, due to the Service Provider's tax-exempt (AAM) status, do not contain VAT.
Our standard delivery fee is: 2990 HUF.
If we are unable to send your order entirely in one package, no additional costs will be charged for supplementary shipments.
3. Ordering and Formation of Contract
Once you have placed an order, we will send a confirmation email. The contract is formed upon confirmation. If payment for an unfulfillable order has already been received, the relevant amount will be refunded immediately.
4. Delivery
We aim to perform delivery within 1-3 business days from the order confirmation. If delivery is not completed within 30 days, you are entitled to cancel the order.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation of Order)
Based on Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), you are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period: The period expires 14 days from the day you take physical possession of the product.

Refunds: We will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (unless only part of the order is returned). We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the product.
6. Return Condition
We guarantee a full refund only if the product is returned undamaged, clean, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

8. Our Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. You can submit complaints via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
10. Warranty and Guarantee
In case of defective performance, you may assert an implied warranty, product warranty, or guarantee claim in accordance with the Hungarian Civil Code.
